It’s a splendid moon-filled night in Coley’s Point in 1926. Eighteen-year-old Jacob Mercer has returned from Toronto to the tiny Newfoundland outport, hoping to win back his former sweetheart, Mary Snow. But Mary has become engaged to Jerome McKenzie, and she is still hurt and bewildered by Jacob’s abrupt departure a year earlier. She will not be easily wooed.
Join us at the newly renovated St. Luke's Church for this award-winning play written by David French. A truly inspiring venue with comfortable seating and air conditioning.
NOTE: At these performances, we are collecting non-perishable items for Jane's Pantry a 'leave what you can, take what you need' public pantry (located next to the Arts Centre). PATH will gladly match all items collected, so please bring an item to the show for Jane's basket, if you can, and we will add them to the pantry.
